Soak the skewers in water and set aside.

In a large Ziploc bag, combine all the ingredients; place the bag of chicken in the refrigerator and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
When ready to cook, heat a grill on medium heat and skewer the cubes of chicken. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
