Maple Herb Salmon

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a small dish, combine garlic powder, sea salt, ground ginger, and cinnamon. Brush the salmon fillets with Avocado Oil and rub with spice mixture.
Heat a pan on medium-high heat and sear the salmon on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes, or until lightly browned. Move the fillets to a cookie sheet and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for glaze; brush onto the salmon and sprinkle with parsley. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
