Lettuce Wraps with Flank Steak
Makes 4 Servings: Counts towards 2 oz. Meat, ½ cup Vegetables

Place the flank steak in a Ziploc bag and add the balsamic vinaigrette. Let marinate for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
Grill the flank steak over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Using the lettuce leaves, roll together a strip of steak, a strip of pepper and onion and a small amount of arugula. Secure with a toothpick.
