Lemon Salmon Skewers

INGREDIENTS

 4 personal Salmon, cut into 1inch cubes
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste
 1 Lemon, Sliced

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat a grill to 400°F.

Season the salmon cubes with sea salt and black pepper, then slide the cubes onto a skewer alternating salmon and lemon, until all of the salmon and lemon is used up.

Place the skewers on the grill and flip after 2 minutes. Grill for another minute, then remove the skewers from the grill and serve.
