Lemon Garlic Tilapia

INGREDIENTS
4 Tilapia Fillets
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS

In a Ziploc bag, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, pepper, parsley and sea salt. Add in the tilapia and shake to coat.

Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and add tilapia fillets.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until tilapia is cooked through.
