Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs

INGREDIENTS
1½-2 lbs. Korean Beef Short Ribs (Galbi)
3 tablespoons Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
3 tablespoons Tamari
3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Powdered Ginger
Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste

In a large Ziploc bag, combine the syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasonings to make a marinade; add the ribs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and spray with oil. Add the ribs to the pan and discard the leftover marinade; cook for 2 minutes per side.
