Kimchi Pancakes

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
In a small bowl, combine the pancake packet with the kimchi, egg, green onions, and salt; use the reserved kimchi liquid as needed to achieve a pancake batter consistency.
Pour the batter into the heated pan and cook until bubbly, then flip.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the dipping sauce by combining 1 tablespoon sesame oil, tamari, chili flakes and green onion together in a small dish. Enjoy with the kimchi pancake.
