Line a pressure cooker with the banana leaves, letting the leaf hang over the side of the cooker.
Pat the pork dry and rub it with the salt. Add the pork to the pressure cooker and cover it with the water and liquid smoke.
Fold the banana leaves over the pork and secure with the lid; Set to high pressure for 90 minutes.
When the pork is finished, use a natural pressure release; open the cooker and remove the pork, placing it in a large bowl. Using two forks, shred the pork.
Serve or keep warm in the pressure cooker.
