INGREDIENTS

 3 cups Raw Kale
 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
 2 tablespoons Tamari

 

DIRECTIONS

Coarsely chop the kale and tomatoes into bite-size pieces.

Mix the apple cider vinegar and tamari and pour over salad. Let sit a few minutes.
