RECIPE SUMMARY
Kale and Green Bean Sauté
Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 2 cups Vegetables, 1 tablespoon Oil
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Cut Green Beans, snapped in half
½ cup Kohlrabi
½ cup Onion, chopped
½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
½ cup Tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Kale, chopped with stems removed
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium-high heat and add all vegetables except for the kale. Sauté until they begin to soften.

Add the kale, garlic, salt and pepper and continue to sauté all vegetables until the kale begins to wilt.

Remove from direct heat and serve immediately or let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
