Kalbi Garlic Pork Chops

Kalbi Garlic Pork Chops

Makes 4 Servings: Counts towards 1 serving Meat, ½ tablespoon Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 1½ lbs. Bone-In Pork Chops, thinly sliced
 3 Cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
 3 tablespoons Tamari
 ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 ½ cup Green Onion, chopped
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

Place pork chops in a bowl and add in the tamari, salt and garlic powder. Mix well.

Heat a sauce pan on medium high heat and add in olive oil and garlic; cook until garlic is browned. Add in the pork chops and cook for about 2 minutes per side. Reduce the heat to medium low and add in the green onions on top of the pork chops for about 1 minute; remove from heat and serve.
