1 cup Jicama, peeled and thinly sliced into fries
1 Egg White
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
Pepper, to taste

Preheat the airfryer to about 400°F instructions.

Place the egg white in a small dish.

Spray the air fryer with oil; dip the jicama sticks in the egg white and then place in the basket of the fryer; set to chips setting for about 16 minutes and toss them halfway.
