Hot & Sticky Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
4 Pork Chops
2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
3 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Ketchup
¼ cup Tamari
1½ tablespoons Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS

In a Ziploc bag, mix together the mustard, hot sauce, ketchup, Tamari, syrup, lemon juice and garlic. Add in the pork chops and shake to coat.

Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 10 to 24 hours.

Heat a frying pan to medium high heat; add the pork chops and cook for 7 to 8 minutes per side until cooked through.
