In a deep dish, combine the dressing, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper to make a marinade; set aside.
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. Add the pork to the marinade dish and place in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°F; prepare a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the pork loin onto the baking sheet and cook in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 160°F.
Remove the pork loin from the oven and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
