Hibachi Style Garlic Shrimp
Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 8 oz. Meat, 1½ tablespoons Oil
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Shrimp, deveined
3-4 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
½ Lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS

Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat; add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the shrimp and cook for a minute per side.

Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and sauté or another minute.

Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
