INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Radishes, thinly sliced
½ cup Cucumber, sliced thick
2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
2 Mint Leaves, thinly sliced
½ tablespoon Italian Seasoning
½ cup Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Lettuce of Choice

In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and mint.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the radishes, cucumber, cabbage, lettuce, garlic, and parsley; pour dressing in bowl and mix together.
