INGREDIENTS

 1 Personal Serving Cod
 1½ tablespoons Avocado Oil
 2½ teaspoons Walden Farms Honey Balsamic Dressing
 1½ tablespoons Capers
 ½ teaspoon Shallot, minced
 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
 2 tablespoons Fresh Italian Parsley, roughly chopped
 1½ tablespoons Italian Seasoning
 1½ teaspoons Onion Powder
 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 1 teaspoon Dried Fennel
 ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
 Pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the spices together in a small bowl; set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the capers, shallot, garlic, parsley, and honey balsamic dressing; set aside.

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium high heat; rub the remaining ½ tablespoon on the fish and sprinkle with the spice mixture.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the cod; cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until thoroughly cooked.

When done, plate the fish and top with the caper relish.
