Herb-Crusted Cod

Mix all the spices together in a small bowl; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the capers, shallot, garlic, parsley, and honey balsamic dressing; set aside.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium high heat; rub the remaining ½ tablespoon on the fish and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the cod; cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until thoroughly cooked.
When done, plate the fish and top with the caper relish.
