Heirloom Tomato Salad
Makes 2 servings: Counts towards 1 serving of restricted vegetables, ½ tablespoon oil
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Oregano, Dried
½ teaspoon Thyme, Dried
2 cups Heirloom Tomatoes (about 2 large tomatoes), sliced
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl combine together the white wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and thyme, set aside.

Lay the sliced tomatoes on a plate and drizzle with the dressing then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
