Grilled Romaine Hearts
Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 1 tablespoon Oil

Preheat a grill or oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Pull away any wilted or dried outer leaves off of the romaine hearts and trim off the tips and base of each; cut in half or leave whole.
In a small dish, combine the oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, sage and marjoram; brush the mixture over the romaine before placing the hearts on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops with salt and pepper.
Place the romaine in the oven and bake for 4 to 5 minutes, turning regularly, until desired doneness is achieved. If cooking on a grill, grill for 2 minutes per side.
