Grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp Skewers

Makes 2 servings: Counts towards 1 serving of Meat, ½ tablespoon of oil

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 2 personal servings of Shrimp
 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
 Juice of 1 Lime
 2 tablespoon minced Cilantro
 1 garlic clove, smashed
 Pinch of Cayanne Pepper
 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat the grill to high.

In a medium bowl combine the all the ingredients except the shrimp. Stir to combine.

Place the shrimp and lime mix in a Ziploc bag or a shallow dish and set in the fridge for 20 -40 minutes to marinate.

Remove the shrimp from the bag and skewer it then place it on the grill, cooking for 1-2 minutes per side.
