INGREDIENTS

Grilled Chicken Wrap
 1 Personal Serving Chicken Breast
 1 teaspoon Sugar Free Creole Seasoning
 ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
 ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 1 Green Leaf or Butter Leaf
Relish
 2 tablespoons Red Bell Pepper, diced
 2 tablespoons Orange Bell Pepper, diced
 2 tablespoons Shallot, minced
 2 tablespoons Jalapeño, diced
 2½ tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
 1 tablespoon Walden Farms Orange Marmalade

 

DIRECTIONS

Season the chicken with creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder; set aside.

In a small microwavable dish, heat the marmalade in the microwave for 5 seconds, or until liquefied; once softened, add the remaining relish ingredients and stir to combine.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add the chicken. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Internal temperature should be 165. When chicken is done, let rest for 1 to 3 minutes.

Slice the chicken breast and place in a lettuce leaf; top with the relish and wrap.
