Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 1 cup Vegetables, 1 teaspoon Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

Tomato Relish
 ½ cup Tomatoes
 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
 1½ tablespoons Red Onion, chopped
 ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
 1½ teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
 2 teaspoons Walnut Oil
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste
Cauliflower Steak
 1-1½” Cauliflower steaks
 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
 ½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
 ¾ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
 ½ teaspoon Sea Salt

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the grill to 400°F.

Combine all the Tomato Relish ingredients in a bowland place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Combine the Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper, the Italian Seasoning and ½ a teaspoon sea salt in a small bowl.

Baste the oil on the cauliflower steaks and season with the spices.

Preheat the grill and spray with oil; apply the cauliflower steak and cook for 2 to 3 minute per side.

Top with half the tomato relish.
