Grilled Balsamic Vegetables
Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 2 cups Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Zucchini, sliced into rounds
½ cup Onion, sliced
½ cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette

In a Ziploc bag, mix all ingredients together and shake until veggies are well coated. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat grill and place with veggies. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
