INGREDIENTS
Lemon Mustard Dressing
¼ teaspoon Mustard Powder
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
Sea Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Black Pepper to taste
¼ Garlic Powder
Salad
4 cups Mixed Lettuce or Romaine
1½ cup Zucchini, sliced
1½ cup Cucumber, sliced
1 cup Endive (Belgium), sliced thin

In a bowl combine all of the Lemon Mustard Dressing Ingredients.

In a large bowl combine the salad ingredients together and top with the dressing, toss to coat.
