Green Bean Casserole

Green Bean Casserole

Makes 1 Serving: Counts towards 1 ¼ cup Vegetables, 1 Packet, 1 tablespoon Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 1 cup Green Beans
 ¼ cup White Onion, sliced
 1 Packet Cream of Mushroom Soup
 4 Oz Water
 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste
 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Using a paper towel or basting brush, coat a baking dish with the olive oil. Mix the green beans, onions and dry seasonings in the dish.

In a small bowl, mix the soup packet with the water and pour over the top of the vegetables and lightly stir; place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the beans are the desired texture.
