Ginger Sesame Marinade
Makes 5 Servings: Counts towards ½ tablespoon Oil

In a pot, bring the water to a boil; add in the ginger and lemon zest and reduce the heat to bring to a low boil for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and place contents in bowl and put in the refrigerator to cool, about 45 minutes.
When cooled, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and add in the rosemary, parlsey, stevia, green onions and sesame oil; stir to combine.
Use on chicken, pork, fish or vegetables.
