Ginger Salmon

Ginger Salmon with Cilantro

INGREDIENTS

 1 Personal Serving Salmon Fillet
 Juice of ½ a Lime
 ¼ Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce
 1 teaspoon Chili Paste
 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
 ½ teaspoon Allspice
 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together to make a marinade; transfer to a Ziploc bag and add the salmon; place the salmon in the fridge and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

When ready to cook, spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, and place the salmon on the sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
