Ginger Chicken Satay

Submerge skewers in water.
In a large bowl, add the chicken slices, ginger, turmeric, tamari, cardamom, and cayenne pepper and mix until chicken is well coated.
Heat a grill on medium high heat; skewer all of the slices of chicken.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side; reduce heat to low and cook for another minute.
Remove skewers from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving; season with salt, to taste.
