Garlic & Onion Cabbage
Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 2 cups Vegetables, 1 tablespoon Oil

Combine all the seasoning salt ingredients and set aside.
Cut the cabbage into small, bite sized pieces.
In a large skillet or pot, heat the olive oil on medium and sauté the onion until softened. Add garlic, cabbage, 2 tablespoons seasoning salt and cook until cabbage is softened. Add pepper, to taste.
Store remaining seasoning salt in an airtight container.
