Garlic Mushroom Kabobs

Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the Walden Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette, olive oil, garlic oregano and basil; season with sea salt and black pepper; stir in the mushrooms and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Thread the mushrooms onto skewers and place on the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve immediately; garnish with parsley, if desired.
