INGREDIENTS

 1 lb Ground Chicken
 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 1 inch Ginger, minced
 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
 3 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
 2 medium Carrots, shredded
 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
 2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos
 1 tablespoon Tamari
 Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat a large pan over medium high heat and add in the ground chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes or until it is entirely cooked.

Add the garlic, ginger, and onion powder to the pan and stir to combine, cook for 1-2 minutes and add in the cabbage and carrots. Stir to combine and cook until wilted.

Remove the dish from the heat, top with sesame oil, coconut aminos, and tamari then stir to combine.
