Egg White Tortillas

Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 3 of 8 Weekly Egg White Allowance, ¼ tablespoon Oil

                                                                  

INGREDIENTS

 6 tablespoons Egg Whites (Two Egg Whites)
 Pinch of Sea Salt & Pepper
 Pinch of Chili Powder (optional)
 ½ tablespoon Olive Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, chili powder, salt and pepper; set aside.

Heat the oil over medium high heat in a large frying pan.

Pour egg whites into the pan, making sure to evenly coat the bottom of the pan and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Once the egg-whites start to lift from the pan, flip and cook the other side for 1 minute, until nice golden brown.
