In a medium pot, heat chicken broth and green onions over high heat, until it comes to a slow boil.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together eggs, red chili flakes and cold water
Once the chicken broth mixture has come to a boil, then slowly add in the whisked eggs.
Stir continuously until the eggs are fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
Add in tamari, and serve!
