Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Whisk together the mustard, tobacco, vinegar, oil, garlic, basil and seasonings in a bowl.
Using a little bit of the marinade you just made, grease a baking dish and add in the pork tenderloin; pour the remaining marinade on top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the tin foil from the pork and roast for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the outside edges of the pork become crisp. Check the internal temperature to ensure it has reached 145ºF or more and serve.
