2 teaspoons Instant Espresso
1 teaspoon hot water
1 teaspoon Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
½ cup cashew milk
¼ cup ice

In a medium bowl combine together the Instant Espresso, hot water, and the Walden Farms pancake Syrup. Once the espresso is fully dissolved use a hand held mixer to whip it until fluffy (about 2 minutes)

Place the Cashew milk and ice to a cup, spoon the espresso foam on top, enjoy.
