 1 cup Daikon Radish, cubed
 ½ cup Onion, chopped
 ½ cup Celery, chopped
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat; add veggies and cook until lightly brown; stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
