INGREDIENTS
3 cups English Cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced diagonally
1 cup Sweet Onion, halved and thinly sliced
½ cup Fresh Dill, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons White Vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
