Crockpot Turkey Breast
Makes 3 servings: Each serving counts towards 5oz of protein
INGREDIENTS
1 Turkey Breast, bone in skin on
1 Tablespoon Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Thyme
1 head of Garlic
2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
Sea Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
A Pinch of Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS

Slice a head of garlic in half so all of the cloves are visible. Place the head skin side down in the crockpot.

Combine all the spices in a small bowl and use them to season under and on top of the turkey skin.

Place the turkey on top of the garlic and set the crock pot to low for eight hours.
