Crockpot Italian Sausage Soup
Makes 4 Servings: Counts towards 1 Serving Meat, 2 cups Vegetables, 1 tablespoon Oil
INGREDIENTS
1½ lbs of Isernio’s Italian Chicken Sausage
4 cups of Tomatoes, diced
2 cups White Onion, chopped
1 cup Kale, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4 cups Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
4 cups of Spinach, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons Garlic, diced
3½ tablespoons Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning Blend
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS

Add the chicken stock, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, garlic and Mrs. Dash seasoning to a crockpot and set on high. Cover with lid and cook for 1 hour.

Add in the chicken sausage, dropping bite size pieces into the broth. Cover again and cook for an additional 2 hours. Stir in spinach and kale to personal serving.
