Crispy Kale Chips

Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 2 cups Vegetables, ½ tablespoon Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 1 Bunch of Kale (about 4 cups)
 1 tablespoon Oil
 Sea Salt, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 300°F; line a baking sheet parchment paper.

Remove stems from kale and brush with oil and salt.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired crispness is achieved. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
