Crispy Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

 

 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 2 teaspoons Garlic, crushed
 ½ cup White Onion, finely chopped
 3½ cups Brussel Sprouts, trimmed
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste
 Garlic Powder, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook the garlic, stirring often, until browned and fragrant; about 3 minutes.

Add in the onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add the Brussel sprouts and cook without stirring until the undersides turn golden brown. Flip the sprouts and cook until the other side turns golden brown; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
