Cranberry Glazed Turkey Meatballs

Cranberry Glazed Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

Meatballs
 1 lb Ground Turkey
 ¼ cup Green Onions
 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
 1 Egg white
 ½ tsp Sea Salt
 ¼ tsp Pepper
Glaze
 ¼ cup Walden Farms Cranberry Sauce
 1 tablespoon Coconut Aminos
 1 clove of Garlic, minced

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375ºF and prepare a cookie sheet by covering it in aluminum foil

In a large bowl combine all of the Meatball ingredients and mix well. Form this mixture into 1½“ ball and place them on the prepare cookie sheet.

Bake the meatball for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165ºF.

In a small sauce pan combine the Glaze ingredients and bring them to a simmer, stirring regularly. Add in the cooked meatballs and coat with the glaze. Serve hot.
