Crab Cakes

1 Lemon, zested and squeezed
½ cup Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard
½ teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
2 Large Eggs
1 lb. Lump Dungeness or King Crab Meat

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and spoon 1 Tablespoon of the crab mixture into each muffin cup.

Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp, golden brown and set; remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.
