Heat grill pan on medium heat; season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and pepper.
Drizzle the grill pan with olive oil so the steak does not stick; cook for roughly 5 minutes on each side. Once done, let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
While steak is cooking, dice the lettuce into tall cubes.
Using a toothpick, start building your skewer by placing a cherry tomato, piece of steak, then iceberg lettuce. Once done, lay flat on a tray and drizzle Walden farms bacon ranch, and sprinkle with the feta cheese.
