Classic Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS

 

 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
 ½ tablespoon Garlic, minced
 1 Anchovy
 3 Hearts of Romaine, chopped
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic.

Pat the anchovy dry and finely mince; whisk into the dressing.

Toss the chopped romaine and dressing together, add salt and pepper to taste.
