Cinnamon Roll Cookie

INGREDIENTS

 

 1 30/10 Cinnamon Vanilla Cereal
 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
 1 egg white

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400˚F.

Using a rolling pin, crush the cereal (you can leave the cereal inside the bag to prevent a mess)

Put the crushed cereal in a bowl.

Add the egg white and melted coconut oil, mix well.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, and form the cereal mixture into a flat circular shape.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until your desired crispness.
