RECIPE SUMMARY

INGREDIENTS
1½ lb. Skirt Steak
1/3 cup Tamari
½ cup Olive Oil
2 Limes, juiced
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Handful of Cilantro, chopped
Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together oil, tamari, lime juice, garlic, cilantro and red pepper flakes to make marinade.

In a large Ziploc bag, add steak and pour over marinade. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight. Before cooking, allow steak to return to room temperature.

Grill steak on medium-high heat to desired doneness.
