Chow Mein

Another Delicious 30/10 Recipe

RECIPE SUMMARY

 

Makes 3 servings: Counts towards 2 cups of Vegetables, 1 tablespoon of Oil

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
 1 inch teaspoon Ginger, grated
 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 1 cup Green Cabbage, shredded
 1 cup Broccoli florets
 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
 1 cup Bean Sprouts
 2 tablespoons Tamari
 2 cups Zucchini Noodles
 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat a large pan or wok over high heat and add in the grapeseed oil, add in the ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Toss in the shredded cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, beansprouts and sauté until the cabbage is slightly wilted and the broccoli is bright green.

Pour the Tamari into the pan and stir to coat the cabbage and broccoli. Remove from the heat and stir in the zucchini noodles and top with the sesame oil.
