In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites into a peak; place in refrigerator until ready to use.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the half & half, almond milk, and chocolate sauce.
Heat a saucepan over medium high heat and add in the half & half mixture; bring to a low boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes and then reduce heat; add in the hot chocolate and whisk together.
Remove from heat and whisk in the fruit spread; fold in the egg whites.
Refrigerate mousse for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
