Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS

 

30/10 Products:
 1½ Packets 30/10 Classic Hot Chocolate
 ½ Packet 30/10 Chocolate Cereal
Grocery List:
 2 tablespoons Half & Half
 1½ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
 1 tablespoon Walden Farms Chocolate Sauce
 2 tablespoons Egg Whites
  tablespoon Walden Farms Strawberry Fruit Spread

 

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites into a peak; place in refrigerator until ready to use.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the half & half, almond milk, and chocolate sauce.

Heat a saucepan over medium high heat and add in the half & half mixture; bring to a low boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes and then reduce heat; add in the hot chocolate and whisk together.

Remove from heat and whisk in the fruit spread; fold in the egg whites.

Refrigerate mousse for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
