Chipotle Lime Shrimp Skewers
Makes 2 servings: Each Serving counts towards 1 serving of protein, ½ tablespoon of oil

Soak 6 wooden skewers in water for 20-30 minutes.
In a small dish combine the Chipotle powder, sea salt and avocado oil.
Place the shrimp in a large dish and pour the oil mix over, toss to evenly coat the shrimp, then place the shrimp onto skewers.
Heat a grill or a pan to medium high heat and place the skewered shrimp on the heat, flip the shrimp after 1-2 minutes or when the shrimp is slightly pink. Cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Remove from the grill and enjoy.
